Must first apply a thin layer of base. It must be as close to your skin color, texture (liquid, cream, powder, etc.) depends on your skin type. Apply with a makeup sponge or your fingers. If you have dark circles apply a little concealer on dark circles but only without pulling the skin. Curl the lashes using a curler.

Use a white shade covering almost the entire eye and below the eyebrow … Add a shady brown or another color that you look to the eye only. Apply eyeliner to the upper lid and outer half of the lower eyelid.
