Exfoliate your skin is essential to achieve a soft, smooth and beautiful. Check out these five natural exfoliating your skin.

Sugar

Sugar is a great exfoliant. Gently sloughs away dead skin cells and reveal smooth, radiant skin. Find scrubs containing sugar, or you can create your own home-based exfoliating sugar.

Mix one part white cane sugar with a separate oil or glycerin. You can add a little aloe vera gel to soothe the skin, and a few drops of essential oil for fragrance.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spoon takes a little of this mixture in the palm of your hand. Gently massage the skin with small circular movements. Let stand for five minutes before rinsing. You can use this sugar scrub entire body – from face to feet. You can also make this with homemade brown sugar scrub.

Oatmeal

You can make a great exfoliant for your skin with oatmeal raw or uncooked oatmeal flakes. Mix 3 tablespoons of oatmeal with one teaspoon of pure honey and ¼ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Add more honey if necessary.
Apply this scrub on your face sticky with a circular motion and let stand for 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water. If you do your very complicated you scrub, you can find a variety of facial cleansers on the market that contain oats.
You can also substitute oatmeal for cornmeal. This peel promotes cell renewal and regeneration, while leaving the skin fresh and soft.

Salt

Salt is a staple in the kitchen and can become a main ingredient in your beauty routine. You can tone your body with a scrub containing natural sea salt.

Sea salt exfoliates slightly removing dead cells of skin, improves circulation and softens the skin. You can create a scrub by mixing one cup of sea salt with a cup of olive oil. You can add a few drops of essential oil of orange or apricot. Apricot oil is known for its moisturizing properties, making it an excellent ingredient to add to your homemade scrub. If the scrub is a little salt, add more liquid until the right consistency.

Nuts

The combination of ground nuts mixed with natural yogurt is a great cleansing facial. Ground nuts can be found in health food stores, but if you do not succeed you can use the food processor to grind nuts ¼ cup and add ¼ cup of plain yogurt. Walnuts have exfoliating properties, while the yogurt is anti-bacterial, which leave your skin clean and fresh.
In addition, the yogurt is high in lactic acid, which is known for treating dry skin and combat wrinkles.
After preparing the mixture massaged on the skin and let sit for 10-15 minutes before rinsing with cold water.

Green tea
