Exfoliate your skin is essential to achieve a soft, smooth and beautiful. Check out these five natural exfoliating your skin.

Sugar

Sugar is a great exfoliant. Gently sloughs away dead skin cells and reveal smooth, radiant skin. Find scrubs containing sugar, or you can create your own home-based exfoliating sugar.

Mix one part white cane sugar with a separate oil or glycerin. You can add a little aloe vera gel to soothe the skin, and a few drops of essential oil for fragrance.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spoon takes a little of this mixture in the palm of your hand. Gently massage the skin with small circular movements. Let stand for five minutes before rinsing. Oatmeal
