Relax Your Face with Face Masks
Stress, work and problems of daily life make us tense and always see the small wrinkles that still should not appear to be marked, and also, our skin takes a dull and gray. So today we’re going to teach you to prepare some soothing mask to help us protect our skin while we help care for our mental state, you hope they will help!
We begin with an aloe vera, to prepare pulp need two tablespoons of aloe vera, a quarter cup of olive oil and two tablespoons of rose water. All you have to do is mix well and store in a glass jar, to use whenever you want. You leave it on for about 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
You can also make a yogurt in this case we will need a few slices of cucumber, chamomile and yogurt. We started applying the yogurt all over your face and neck, then spread across the face and cucumber slices on eyes, two pads soaked in chamomile. You leave on for about 10 minutes and then remove with warm water.
Finally, we can make honey, in this case we will use two tablespoons of honey, a tablespoon of brewer’s yeast, egg yolk and a tablespoon of oatmeal. To prepare mix all the ingredients and then put it on the skin for 20 minutes, rinse with warm water last time.
